Anahita Arun

is a multidisciplinary artist and student from Mumbai, India. She is based in Baltimore, USA, for about nine months a year, studying to be a Graphic Designer and Interactive Artist with concentrations in the Humanities, Art History, and Curation.

Anahita leverages her experiences living in India and the USA to create designs that are accessible to everyone. Media and internet culture dictate her work. She is dedicated to researching how mass-produced art can solve global design and socio-political problems beyond traditional print and screen-based art and graphic design. This exploration of her personal work has also led to her love for research in the history and exhibition of art and design.

Her goal in life is to always maximize her experience in any situation she puts herself in. While she primarily aims to be a graphic designer, Anahita has also explored print, photography, product modeling, time-based projections, curation, and computer-generated art to expand her understanding of the evolving field. She actively works towards understanding society and the implications of her work in an ever-changing world.

Anahita is currently interning at Night Owl Gallery
She will enter her last year of undergraduate at Maryland Institute College of Art in August 2025
